This CF card works really good with my NIKON D300S, fast! I recommend you guys buy this one for you DSLR, although Lexar has 6OOX ones, but for the Med-level of the DSLRs like D300S, 400X works no difference. BTW, Lexar different from other brands from its naming their cards by the min speed, not like Sandisk or some others, they use the max speed. Which means, if you got a 400X Lexar card, you will get at least 400X speed, but for Sandisk, 400X just your maximum speed, around 350x or even worse.
