6X Screen Protector for APPLE IPAD
Owner Reviews, Ratings, Comments and Criticism
I've seen other reviewers complain about how these screen protectors (SP) are difficult to apply or that they have too many bubbles. If you apply these correctly, you should only need one. I'm a perfectionist, so I will not stand for a bubble anywhere, even on the edges, so when I say I got the first one on perfectly, others should be more than satisfied with this product. First, if you're installing without a can of forced air, you're doing it wrong. After THOROUGHLY cleaning the screen, you should spray it with a few blasts of compressed air (the kind most people use for their keyboards). Then remove about 1/4 of the protective film and start to apply the SP to the screen. Remove the film as you install the SP (if you remove the film entirely, you will end up with lint/dirt and, thus, bubbles). Afterwards, use a credit card to get all the bubbles out, then remove the top protective film (if you do this before removing the bubbles you will scratch the SP). My only complaint was that the bottom preventive film has the peel-away tape at the top instead of by the home screen cut-out. I had to remove it from the bottom with two pieces of Scotch tape in order to ensure the circle was lined up correctly.
