I really liked this phone, but it turns out it was lacking a couple things I was looking for in a new phone, mainly a full qwerty keyboard for texting, thats it. The merchant who sold it to me kindly allowed me to return it, no problems at all. He was very helpful which was a pleasant surprise for me as I don't always get this kind of service or cooperation. Take Lenovo for example - I bought a laptop from them and while in-transit to me I found the same machine for hundreds less. When I tried to return it, without even opening the packaging, lenovo made the return process unbarable. They took 10 weeks to refund my money minus 15% restocking fee rip off, had to make numerous phone calls to unwilling reps in there company. Long story short I wouldn't by a pen from lenovo let alone a pc. They don't stand behind their products and they make it near impossible to get some help from them. This merchant on the other hand, well other merchants should take business lessons from him as I would by from him again anyday. Anyway, the phone is a good phone.j
