Bought a CQ5720F in January 12, 2011. On February 1, 2011, It stopped working. 2 1/2 hours on the phone with HP tech, to find that after some tests, the hard drive is bad. Spent 1 1/2 hours the next day for further tests to confirm last nights tests. Now they are sending me a new hard drive, and installation disks. I have to do the installation myself. Not good for a $400 computer. I will never buy HP again.
