Sides and back are flimsy, thin, plastic. Literally fell apart when removing from package. Tiny 1" plastic casters are pretty useless and 1 snapped off while rolling across carpet. Buy another model or another manufacturer that DOES NOT have the pull-out bin. The units with the lift-off head have much sturdier waste-basket type bins.
