I've owned this monitor for 3 months and have had no problems. Screen is very bright and the colors vibrant (and appear true); contrast is terrific. Required no setup with Windows 7; just plug it into the computer port and you're ready to go. The screen has a non-reflective, matte surface so it works very well in a bright environment. There are quite a few customization settings (accessible through the familiar button interface on the front panel), but I didn't feel the need to adjust beyond usual brightness and contrast. Price is *significantly* lower than competitors, and performs as well as much more expensive monitors I've had in the past. Asus has a good reputation so I anticipate this monitor will last as long time.
