There is a significant droop that results in the TV not being level even after adding a couple of washers to try to level it. The arm simply droops downward with my 27" TV that weighs about 18 pounds attached if extended a moderate amount to the right. Also, the forward tilt setting is not smooth, it is really more in increments. The angle I want is between the two angles I can get when trying to tighten the knob.
